Q: May I have more than one pose in a single package?
A: Each package is specific for one pose, and due to the nature of our photo ordering system, images cannot be combined within a package. There are, however, many packages to choose from if you are looking for more than one pose.
Q: May I purchase a 10x13 portrait of one image if I am purchasing a package of a different image, but of the same child?
A: Yes.
Q: We missed our school order deadline. Is there any way we can still order packages, and is there any fee?
A: Yes, you can still order packages by mailing your order to: Focus On Kids Late Order Department, P. O. Box 190086, Birmingham, AL 35219. There is a fee of $12.00 per package. This fee is necessary because ordering a small number of packages outside of a school's order is much more expensive.
Q: We prefer 3x5 prints instead of all those wallets. How can you help me?
A: You can exchange the wallets for 3x5 prints. Please be aware that each 3x5 will replace 4 wallets.
Q: We want a copy of every pose, but you took 10 pictures of our child. That comes to over $200.00 in packages. How can you help me?
A: Focus On Kids offers discounts with multiple package orders. If you are considering ordering more than 5 packages of your child's portraits, please contact the Focus On Kids office at (205) 988-3686.
Q: We missed the photo day due to a sick child. Is there any way we can make up the picture day that we missed?
A: Yes. You can make up the photo date at another area school if you are able. Focus On Kids regularly schedules photo dates at schools within 15 minutes of most of our customers. In addition, we are moving into our new studio, located at 1235 Blue Ridge Boulevard, Birmingham, Alabama, which will soon be available for make-up portraits.
Q: I can only afford $50.00 now, is there any way you can hold a second check if we post-date it?
A: Yes. If you provide a second, post-dated check and notify Focus On Kids that you would like the check held for up to 2 weeks (14 days), we will be more than happy to accomodate you. There is no fee associated with this service.
Q: Do you have a studio?
A: Yes. We are currently moving into our new studio at 1235 Blue Ridge Boulevard, Birmingham, Alabama. Please contact the Focus On Kids office at (205) 988-3686 for more information.
Q: We were unhappy with our child's pictures. Our older daughter's portraits came out beautifully though. What can you do? Is there a makeup day?
A: Because customer satisfaction is our primary concern, we will work diligently to ensure that you are happy with your child's pictures. We apologize for any inconvenience that the portraits with which you are unhappy might have caused, and invite you to retake the pictures at no charge, either at another school in your area, or at our studio.
Q: My daughter had her pictures made last year, but we would like to order another package of the pose from that year. Is there any way you can help us?
A: Focus On Kids retains all film photography for one year after the photograph was taken. For digital photographs (all photographs 2005 and later), proofs are retained for five (5) years. If your child's portraits fall within the above range, we will be happy to provide you with the opportunity to reorder, either via email or phone.
Q: I want to reorder a package of pictures taken earlier this year. How will you know what pose I want in my reorder?
A: On the back of each portrait, there is a number printed in the format "IMG_1234.JPG" With your image number and the name of your school, we can locate your pose to ensure that you get exactly what you ordered.
